Ini komen hasil lawatan pada minggu pertama di restoran yang terletak di belakang Carrefour Wangsa maju tu....
Parking kereta ......senang gak pasal most of the shops kat row tu belum buka lagi. Lama-lama esok mungkin lainlak cerita tak atu le.
Lokasi .....tak susah sangat nak cari. Jumpa Carrefour. Drive kat KFC belakang tu, its in the new row of shops across the road.
Decor.....ok. Gelap sikit tah apa pasal dia bukak lampu lambat. Poster bebesar yang dia letak harus diframekan sikit; tak le herot berot.
Service.....the weakest point at this stage. Bebudak tu nampak sangat tak de experience layan customers. Macam takut-takut. Amy kena buat training sessions. They were polite enuff but this is KL man, we are used to certain levels of service.
Food.....the strongest point. Betul. I love the Crab telur masin! The chicken with mango pun sedaaap! The fish soy something punya rasa asam was perfect! Love the cooking! Amy, ko punya cook yang ada tu bagus. Ko jaga dia bebaik.
Pricing......Tersangat le sesuai to the point of almost being cheap! Kita oreng kalu makan as a family macam yang di makan kat situ sure RM200 ke atas nya....tapi the price we were charged was so much less than that!
Things for Amy to berhati-hati......ko kena ada cash register le babe! Tak kan pakai calculator aje ma. Cashier pun kena hantar training. Lebih baik kalu letak orang kuat ko jaga cash tu. Kena lebih professional. Kena start terima credit card secepat mungkin.
Finally, my hats off to Amy and his cooks. Permulaan yang baik. Kenyang and sukahati kami makan hari ini. Good job!
