Britney’s paparazzi ex faces suit over ‘hit and run’
Washington, April 17: Britney Spears’ former boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has been slapped with a lawsuit after a process server accused him of hitting him with his car.
Processor Ram Moskowitz claimed that he was trying to serve the snapper with a restraining order on behalf of Spears when the 36-year-old allegedly rammed the vehicle into him.
Ram, who was subsequently sent flying onto the car’s hood, said, in the suit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the incident left him with cuts, abrasions and a fractured wrist, reports Contactmusic.
Ghalib was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, battery and hit and run post the California incident in February.
According to a website, he is slated to face the felony charges on May 4 while Ram is seeking unspecified damages in his suit.
